From Scarves to Bespoke Bags

I started crafting very young. My grandmother taught me to how to hand embroider when I was about 5 and I've been crafting in some way ever since. I still have one of my first pieces that my grandmother had framed. I've moved through hand embroidery, cross-stitch, knitting, crochet, machine embroidery, and added machine sewing just a few years ago. I can't stop creating with fibers and that led to my business name: Ebonstar Fiber Arts. Fibers have been a huge part of my life for so long and I don't think that will ever change. I started selling my crafts when my house was being over-taken by scarves and my husband looked at me and said "You have to do something about these scarves." At that point none my friends and family needed any more scarves, so I started selling them. This progressed from scarves and cute knit hats to the bespoke purses and home decor I offer today. I'm very proud of my creations and hope they bring people as much joy as I feel creating them.
